  • Proof of an RN license free from restrictions or limitations. Please mail a copy of your license to:

  • A grade point average of 3.0 (4.0 scale) for total credits completed during the last two years of a baccalaureate program

  • Completion of a three (3) credit statistics course within the last five (5) years.

  • Clinical experience in nursing
